Residence Hall Meal Plan Application

Terms and Conditions

1. Meal plans and flex dollars are non-transferable. Flex dollars are non-refundable. Meal plans expire on the last day of finals week every semester. Only the person pictured on the ID card will be allowed to use it for services or to spend money from the accounts associated with the cardholder. The cardholder may be required to sign a receipt for goods received. Providing the identification card to other individuals to access goods and services is prohibited. Residence students will automatically be enrolled for the same meal plan selected for the fall semester unless a new meal plan is selected prior to the first day of class in the spring semester.

2. Students providing their identification card, or in possession of another student’s identification card, assume shared responsibility for goods and services accessed fraudulently through the misuse of that card. Students involved in the misuse or transfer of cards may face University disciplinary action as well as civil or criminal charges.

Hours of Operation
Continuous dining in the Crossroads Cafe dining hall from 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday meal hours will be as follows:

• Brunch, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Dinner, 5-6:30 p.m.

Holiday Hours
10 a.m.-1 p.m., Brunch
5 p.m.-6:30 p.m., Dinner

Crossroads Cafe will be open on days classes are canceled for Holiday Hours. Meal plans are non-transferable and expire on the final day of every semester. Refunds will be pro-rated on a weekly basis. If you terminate your residence hall agreement in the middle of the week, charges will be assessed for the entire week.

I understand when I submit this form, I am signing up for the meal plan option indicated above, and that this meal plan will be charged to my student account.
